We co-design your box and manufacture it.

Work with our team on what goes inside — IoT video brochure, branded gift, handwritten-note template, packaging. MOQ 30 boxes per design. We place the manufacturing run, pre-load the brochures, and warehouse the finished inventory in the app under a name and tag you choose. Need a second, lower-spec design for volume follow-up? Just another inventory line.

The honest answers.

What's the minimum order?
30 boxes per design, set by the manufacturing minimum on the IoT brochure run. You can run multiple designs in parallel — say a 30-box premium design for top ABM accounts and a 30-box lighter design for post-demo follow-up — each shows as a separate inventory line in the app.
Do we get to design what's in each box?
Yes — every design is co-built with our team. A 30-minute discovery call to scope the use case, then a design pass on the box (gift, packaging, brochure spec, default landing page). You approve the proof before we manufacture. Per-send you can still change the video, the landing-page URL, and the handwritten note without a re-design.
What does the reporting look like?
Every box phones home over its own cellular connection. You see delivery, lid open, video watch time second-by-second, real GPS geolocation, NFC tap events, and landing-page visits. Per-recipient and per-account rollups, time-of-day, geo-heatmap, and pipeline attribution back to HubSpot deals. The data also streams into your CRM as contact properties and timeline events.
Isn't this expensive?
Per-box price depends on your design — floor around $100, premium designs run higher. A single closed deal at $50K+ ACV pays for dozens to hundreds of sends. The question isn't cost — it's whether your deal size justifies the attention. Above $25K ACV, the math is straightforward. Below it, boxli generally won't pencil out.
Will this actually ship on time?
Once a design is in inventory, sends ship same-day or next-day via FedEx, tracked end-to-end. First runs of a new design take about 2 weeks end-to-end (design, approval, manufacturing). Re-orders of an existing design land in 5–7 days.
Won't prospects find this creepy?
A personalized premium box that addresses them by name and plays a 2–5 minute video isn't creepy — it's specific and thoughtful. The video is content, not a pitch. We haven't had a recipient complain yet; we've had plenty say they kept the box on their desk.
How does this integrate with our CRM?
Native HubSpot and Salesforce. Sends, scans, plays, and deliveries sync as events and contact properties. Workflows and lists work out of the box. Webhooks and Zapier for everything else.
What if they don't open it?
We refund the credit on any undelivered or unopened box, tracked via the IoT lid sensor. No guessing, no arguing. If the lid never lifts within 14 days of delivery, you don't pay for the send.
Who shouldn't use boxli?
If your ACV is under $25K or your sales motion is pure self-serve, boxli won't pencil out. If you're running PLG with no SDR team, same. We'll tell you on the demo call — we'd rather lose the sale than lose the relationship.
